Continuing Ed - General Interest Programs
|"A critical factor in any program is that repeat programs, like repeat customers, are the foundation of any lifelong learning program."
We will begin 2014 with a successful record of fifty-nine years of Continuing Education behind us. During the past ten years, adult learning has undergone substantial changes and experienced enormous growth in scope and scale. Night School, or as it is commonly known, Continuing Education, has become an important part of our community. We have been fortunate to offer many new courses, attracting new instructors and new students from throughout the Lower Mainland.
Our Night School General Interest Program has taken up the challenge to create opportunities for lifelong learning for our community's adult learners. Our success is reflected by the participation of more than 5000 learners in General Interest classes each year and our enrolment continues to rise. The support from our community has been encouraging and we are continually reminded of the importance and long standing tradition of "Night School" here in New Westminster.
Look for our brochures, published three times each year for Fall, Winter and Spring.
Thank you for your continued support; with your feedback we strive to keep our General Interest Night School an engaging learning environment.
