John Robson School Information

Ecole John Robson Code of Conduct is to develop individuals that feel Capable, Connected and able to Contribute in a positive way to the community.  We encourage all individuals to conduct themselves in a responsible, compassionate manner, where behaviours and actions are safe and respectful of self, others, learning and the school.

Robson Ravens Virtues; throughout the school year, students will be involved in many activities to encourage the virtues of Patience, Self-control, Honesty, Cooperation, Perseverance, Tolerance, Thankfulness, Courage, Respect, Responsibility and Friendship.  We are the Robson Ravens!  On June 21, 2002, John Robson officially adopted the Raven as its emblem.  The Raven, known for its intelligence, is represented in world mythology as an inquisitive, creative, resourceful and fun-loving spirit.  The name "Raven" was officially given to Robson in a special First Nations ceremony.

Two Raven logos represent our school; one was created by grade seven student, Nahyun Kim.  Her logo is the emblem you see on our sports teams' uniforms and t-shirts.  The other logo is associated with the school's First Nation identity.  It was created by Stu Richardson, the grandfather of students Trevor and Amber Richardson.
